DELIVERY
Postage to UK
(Including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and Isle of Mann)
Once we accept your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days. If you might not be in to take delivery please indicate when ordering where the parcel can be safely left, eg. with a neighbour or in a shed.
If there are problems with your order or the items you order are not in stock we will contact you immediately. We will not take payment for any goods until we are completely ready to dispatch, however please note that payment must be made in full, including postage and packaging.
Our standard rate for post & packing is £ 4,95 for any size of order for the UK. We can send your order via a 48 hour express delivery for an additional cost of £4, so you will pay a total of £8.95 for this service.
or orders received before 12noon for the UK. If the total value of your order is under £25 you can select the lower post and packing charge of £3.50 from the drop down menu which is at the end of the check out under shipping method.
European and International
We aim to deliver orders to major destinations in Europe within 7 working days and 7 - 15 days for other destinations, at the very most. There are a variety of shipping and pricing options (from 48 hours to "Economy"), so please contact us once you have decided on your order, and we can try to arrange a delivery option which suits your needs.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it within 14 days of receipt (unused and in original packing) for exchange or refund using the packing slip from your parcel. Please note that Noolibird cannot exchange or refund used or soiled items. Please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, and note that Noolibird does not pay the cost of return postage.
SWATCHES
Picking the right colours or size of stamp can be tricky! We understand this, and for that reason swatches of fabrics and borders are available. E-mail your requirements, any 3 samples of fabric and 3 of wallpaper are available free of charge, for overseas customers there is a £2 charge.
The easiest way request swatches is to click on the request swatches at the top right of the homepage then all the swatches are laid out so click on the boxes under the swatches you require fill in your address and they will be on their way to you.
If you prefer E-mail your requirements, any 3 samples of fabric and 3 of wallpaper are available free of charge, for overseas customers there is a £2 charge.

Our border panels are printed on matt uncoated paper made in Scotland from timber grown in managed forests. Wallpaper borders are easy to paste up using wallpaper paste; instructions are included. This chart shows how many panels you need to complete your child's room.

Estimating fabric amounts to make curtains matching the repeat
1.First measure your window, the length is the drop, and curtains often look better,finishing below the window sill, or even going to the floor.
2. Work out how many drops you need. Most of our fabric is 150 cms wide. When this is lined ( - 10cms for turning and seam allowance) , one drop will gather to fit a window of no bigger than half the fabric width=70cm, so a pair of curtains will fit a window of maximum 140cms wide. A pair will still look good at a smaller window, say 110-120m.)
3.Add hem allowance –of - 15 – 20 cms.to the drop. The longer the drop, the bigger the hem to allow for some shrinkage..
4.Each drop needs an exact whole number of repeats, go up to the nearest whole
multiple of repeat.
e.g. For a window measuring 1.9 mts high x 120cms wide you will need two drops of
1.9mts in Fairy Print :
Add 15cms for a hem = 2.05 mts
You will need 3 repeats (3 x 69cm = 2.07mts) for each drop
For a pair of curtains – 2 drops you will need 4.14 mts. Round up to 5 whole metres and you have spare for a cushion cover, or can have longer curtains.
REPEAT LENGTHS OF NOOLIBIRD PRINTS
• The animals are printed running DOWN the fabric in 6 evenly spaced lines
• This means that if you want curtains, with animal lines across the fabric, the maximum drop would be 150cms. We suggest combining this print with borders of our matching blue or green gingham, to make longer drops.
