New Christmas Stamps for 2026: the Cosy Cabin, Branches & Garden Birds
This autumn has been all about long walks through the woodland we're lucky enough to have on our doorstep. Our favourite is Nymans, the National Trust woodland near us — a glorious canopy of delicate beech and dramatic, majestic redwoods, with a forest floor scattered with plump chestnuts. We've also been wandering the woods at Sheffield Park and Wakehurst. I came home with a camera full of photographs, and those walks have become a whole new collection of Christmas rubber stamps for 2026.
Here's everything that's new this winter — each design hand drawn and lino cut here in the studio.
Pine, Fir & Holly Branches

I started with the branches. I've loved observing the shapes made by the different pine needles and the curves of the holly leaves — there are several to choose from, from bold, spiky pine needles to delicate, feathery fir sprigs. Each comes left- and right-facing, so you can frame a bird from either side or build a whole garland across a card. The holly is a set of three, with the berries as separate stamps so you can press them in a classic, contrasting red.

Garden Birds

The branches needed somewhere for the birds to perch. So I carved a celebration of the birds we love to watch at the feeder — the robin, blue tit, blackbird, sparrow, thrush and a coal tit — each from an original lino cut, and most in two sizes and in left- and right-facing pairs. The robin, with his red breast, is a must for Christmas; the blackbirds look wonderful as Mr and Mrs together; and the little coal tit on a berry branch is perfect for the corner of a card. I will never tire of watching these creatures, and I hope you'll enjoy stamping them as much as I enjoyed carving them.
The Cosy Cabin in the Forest

Probably my favourite new design this winter. Deep in the woods after a heavy snowfall sits a little wooden cabin with the most beautiful decorative gables — the log fire crackling, nothing to do but make a pot of warming soup, keep the fire burning and curl up with a good book. It was a joy to sketch and then to lino cut, and it comes as a set of twelve: the cabin, a decorative gables corner, Merry Christmas and With Love gable frames, folky birds and a range of patchwork stamps, all sold individually.

A nostalgic little Christmas collection

My other new collection this year is light, fun and Christmassy in a nostalgic sort of way. I wanted smaller landscape stamps that pair beautifully with patterns and borders for fresh, creative cards — a snowy deer with “Do not open until 25th December”, a little house beneath a moonlit sky, a polar bear and her cub, and a vintage car driving home for Christmas with a tree on the roof. I've brought them together with some old favourites and a few of my patchwork stamps.

You'll find all of these alongside the rest of the range on the Christmas rubber stamps page. Whatever you make this year, I hope it's an unhurried sort of making — the kettle on, the fire lit.
