Vegetable Rubber Stamps for Card Making, Garden Journals & Kitchen Garden Projects

A whole kitchen garden in one collection — vegetable rubber stamps for printing your own bountiful allotment scenes, harvest-themed cards, recipe pages, seed packets and journal entries. From tall artichokes and bunches of beetroot to peas climbing their canes, with a robin or two perched on a trowel for good measure.

Every design began as an original lino cut in my studio. I love this style because the marks of the cut sit right there in the print — slightly rough leaves, the cross-hatched skin of a beetroot, the feathery tops of a carrot — the kind of texture that makes a hand-printed image feel grown rather than designed. Each stamp is sold separately and mounted on a wooden block.

A few ways to use them

Print a row of three carrots across the front of a recipe card, with their feathery tops in soft green and the roots in bright orange. Build a "what I'm growing this year" page in your seed journal, with a corner of each crop. Stamp a vegetable basket motif onto a cotton apron or tea towel using a VersaCraft fabric ink pad — a thoughtful gift for a gardener or keen cook. Make a set of allotment-themed birthday cards, each one featuring a different favourite vegetable. Or print a length of brown kraft paper into the most beautiful hand-printed kitchen garden gift wrap.

The little robins are perfect for tucking into corners — perched on the handle of the garden fork, or hopping along behind a gardener at work. The tools and gardeners are the supporting cast for any good vegetable patch scene.
